Tell us about what you do at Jaga: I oversee the development of a range of dynamic heating and cooling products, specially built for wall or ceiling applications. My goal is to develop new sustainable and high-quality products that meet our customers’ need to live in a better environment, as inspired by our CEO, Mr. Jan Kriekels.
How long have you worked at Jaga? 28 years.
Why do you like working at Jaga? I like working at Jaga because it is a family business and all people are treated the same. Our CEO is not my boss, but a colleague. There’s no boundaries or limitations to what I can develop. I always receive positive feedback, which is all I need to get the job done.
What's your favorite product? I have many favorite products but Briza 22 and Briza 26 fan coils are on the top of my list. They are like babies to me. Each day you see them in production, they are growing and getting stronger and stronger. This is because of the regular changes we make to improve the product to satisfy our clients’ needs and optimize the product to improve performance.
What do you enjoy doing when you're not at work? When I’m not at work, I go out with my wife to visit some shops, watch a movie or enjoy a wonderful meal. A nice swim in the garden pool or going on summer holiday clears my brain and gives me positive vibes to move forward in life.
